Hi sir/madam,   I'm sameer 21 years old, i have overthinking issue from childhood, if i need to do anything or i get any problem I'll make it big in my mind, I'm suffering a lot , now I'm employed i can't work even i can't calm myself, every time I'll be too sad & demotivated , if i want to argue with someone subconsciously  I'll start conversations & fights in my mind i imagine like really happening ,  break-up also  effected me a lot , but exactly i don't know what is my issue this is dipression or something else? and can i get a telugu speaking psychiatrist?

I wish to get rid of anxiety, intrusive thoughts & overthinking, palpitation & sleeplessness through a therapy, not at all by taking medicines. Please help me in this direction.

I have severe social anxiety and doctor prescribed pexep cr upto 37.5 still no improvement seen even after 3 months but now he told me to take risdone ls but this medicine is used for mania ...so does it work for anxiety ?

I lead a very stressful life,lately I have observed that I don't get hungry,and there is a strong chest pain? Any suggestions!

Hello sir, My problem is I am very addicted to virtual platforms like YouTube,Instagram, etc. I spend too much time on those platforms and after spending my time I realised i ruined my time and feeling very guilty and after some time I forgot my guilt and started again spending time on the platform now I think my condition is too bad please suggest to me what I can do to overcome this situation

I am having anxiety due to fear of being not fit although maintaining a good health. This anxiety perhaps led to intrusive thoughts in my mind. Please guide me to get out of such intrusive thoughts which are disturbing me as if I am going mad whereas friends & relatives are saying that I am all well, mentally as well as physically.

I have moderate anxiety .currently taking floatin 60 mg at morning and joypride 100mg at night for 3 years...i feel ok...shall i increase dosage of joypride make me feel even more better...i need suggestion from this...because my mood changes and feel dizzy sometimes and muscle pain happen ....

My doctor has prescribed me STALOPAM 15 mg. However same is not available in the market. Only 10 mg and 20 mg are available. Can I take Nexito 15 mg if available or can I take 10 mg plus 5 mg of STALOPAM that are available in the market???

I have lost interest in life and hobbies and interests that i used to love. But now they don't interest me anymore , less apitite , etc
