Hello, doctr i was diagnosed with severe depression, anxiety and OCD I took consultation with doctor in May and she gave me 15 days doses but due to some reason I have to stop it in 5 days after I consulted her again and she told me to start with point 0 again I took medicines for next 10 days (june) but I found her little bit arrogant so I didn't go again to her.. Yesterday i was again met with panic attack and I immediately go to the government psychiatric hospital doctors sahab has understood me properly and prescribed medicines but i forget to tell him about my earlier medicines so my question is should I again go to  doctor and tell him about my earlier medications Or should I start with new medicines??? Thank you

Hi I have anxiety disroder i used homeopathy medicine 6 months but now i am suffering diziness and drowsiness how to overcome this kindly suggest me or any medicine

Read fully and help me. During my work from home scenario, i started feel fear about corona virus then it's turned into heart attack fear. One day suddenly i got heart palpitation with mild dizziness but i could walk that time. I rushed to hospital by walking and taken ecg it's normal. After that incident i feeling very fear and nervous that i have heart attack anytime. Til i experienced 7-8 times heart palpitation and taken 6 ecg, 2 Echo, 2 tmt, 2 chext xray, thyroid and sugar test, all test time and again normal. Because of heart attack fear i can't do my daily activities.. I fear to walk I fear to lift weight I fear to do exercise I fear to climb I fear to travel I fear if get sweating I fear if get any pain left shoulder and chest Despite many reports were normal and many doctors said my heart is normal, i can't believe them and still living with heart attack fear and anytime i gonna die.. I have been diagnosed with OCD..since one year i have been taking medicines 1) first few months I take lower dose.now as per doctor advising since few months I am taking flunil 60mg dose 2) but still some intrusive thoughts and excessive thoughts are coming...it leads to thinking for several minutes and hours for sometimes 3) it disturbs mindset & routine pattern..it leads to headache and stress also..I faced headache pressure too because of OCD and over-thinking 4) My mental health disturbs sometimes because of OCD... 5) I am taking tryptophan effective foods which boosts Serotonin levels..but still some thoughts leads to excessive and getting headache pressure because of OCD 6) Even In childhood because of some situations and environmental factors I faced some mild ocd symptoms in childhood days I think.but since 2 years I am facing this OCD effectively Please clarify How much time it takes to decrease OCD..Please clarify sir/madam

Hello I have social anxiety problem 1 I am shy and introvert in childhood and I can't go alone in childhood and if i go i can't sleep any other place in night 2 I feel shy to talk with someone on phone and face to face 3 I feel nervous and overthinking before going anywhere and before meeting with new person and normal during meeting but can't Talk 4 I feel sometimes negative and anxious and frustrated 5 i don't angry or frustrated daily 6 i don't have bad habit of drinking and smoking 7 i sleep on time and wake up on time 8 i wish and want to visit many places but due to stress and can't sleeping any other place in night,i left traveling So tell me exact problem and I of it

Since vaccination my left side feels numb and tired is it because of it or maybe something else?It's been a year but my hand sometimes is sore.

I have ocd the person whom i respect most i got bad thought about them for ex: God or someone if i do something or if i didn't do something i got some bad thought about that person and i have severe anxiety and suggest me medicine,i have instrutive thoughts also

Why all doctors prescribe for resistent depression only ssris, does not describe other other type of anti depressents like snris,saris, tca,maoi.
