Anxiety restlessness , fearful thoughts
Due to anxiety and all the time restlessness, i am not able to concentrate on my work. Most of the time while interacting with office mates, i have fearful thoughts. This continues state of anxiety is affecting my deliverable and also personal life. I feel intemidated and feel lack of confidence also. Do i need medicine to control and mange this state ??

You should first approach a good therapist/ psychologist and work out the trigger for your fear and anxiety. Therapy will help you control the thoughts and teach you other skills to overcome your problems.
Next Steps
Depending on how severe your problem is,the therapist might refer you to a psychiatrist who will then prescribe medicines.

at present, please try exercising- any light movement like walking and deep breathing for 30 min atleast daily (in case you are not already doing it). once you get into the habit, these small movements will energise you a little bit apart from other health benefits.
