I have obsessive thought of letter U. It feels real in my mind.i currently on fluvator 100 and arip Mt 2.how to remove this obsessive thought

My sister was diagnosed with schizophrenia 4 years back. was under medication for 4 years. doctor had reduced medication as she recovers from the illness. after 2 week of not taking medicines, can see lot of changes as she laughs, crying for no reason, forgetting her family n herself.. her behaviour is getting worse everyday... no idea what should we do .. just 2 week of not taking medicines develops such issue.. help on this.. have attached medicine prescription and she took this for long..

Which type of psychotherapy is best suited for pure o ocd . I have done cbt but no improvement. Can anyone please suggest

I m a 28 yrs old married woman...From past 8 months whenever I get stressed over something I start feeling anxious...I feel strong sense of Nausea , bloating and loosemotions as well...My heart start beating fast whenever I feel stressed...I also get a feeling of shivering in my hands and legs ...I feel dizziness, and headache and pain in stomach, eyes, neck nd back especially lower back...I am a sensitive person by nature...It's really difficult for me to control my emotions...I got an outburst of emotions followed by anxiety,nausea and Upset stomach...It is now interfering in my daily life activities...It's difficult for me to focus on any other work because of these symptoms nd these symptoms persists for many days ...Infact I feel bloating in my stomach all the time...I also have a loss of appetite...Please help

He has having some nagative thoughts for his wife. Like always he want to monitor her where she will seat ,how she will walk, with whom she will talk , at which time and she will go outside for shopping ...etc. And if someone(male) will come to our home for any work if that person will talk to with my mother and in conversation if they smile or laugh then my father's thought will get change and then he will behave so rudely with my mother. He strated shocking to my mother. There is many things to tell but not not possible to write everything. This type of behavior is growing day by day. Don't know what's the solution for this. Please for this concern only we need doctors help to find out why he is thinking like this,why he is not behaving like a normal person. Please help us for this. I feel the letter U or D is there present on my head.It feels very real and painful.Is this called delusion or obsessive delusional thought or just obsessive thinking.Particular location of The letter being formed is on occipital area. Currently on fluvator 100 and arip Mt 2 and duzela 40.Its feels like the muscles of back of my head has U or D stuck to it

What is the difference between delusion and perception. Can anyone give me example on whats the difference between it

I want to quit weed and cigrette . I am smoking weed from last 4 years and cigrette from last 6 years. 3 cigeettes per day average and one weed cigrette per day avg. I fear of withdrawl symptoms. How hard is it to quit ? How much time will it take ? From where to start? Please help

I have been prescribed inderal 20mg and clonazepam  for two weeks for anxiety problem. Is this safe to take?, I don't want to develop a dependency on them. Any risk i should worry about or any symptoms i should note while taking this medicine? How to know it isn't working and causing harm?
