Hi , currently I am going through IVF procedure. I am also a patient of social anxiety disorder. Though I am not taking any anti anxiety medication from last 1 year but during IVF, I feel anxious and stressed all the time even in routine test and scan. Can I take clonazepam 0.25 as sos? Will it impact my procedure? I am not able to understand what I can do to be less anxious.

Hi my age is 27yrs old , last year I got covid later suffered with panic attacks just now am recovering but from last one week am observing same issues which happened at the intial phase of my panic attack days , my work is good and earning good but don't know getting mood off at times. When anyone giving any job/work/task to me to complete without any hesitation am saying ok to them but when the time comes to do that task or job am getting mood off and fear and not at all interested to involve again simply I don't want to answer but with the fear of losing my word with them I am doing things but with hesitation. Don't know what's happening with me. Please suggest me what I need to do.

Is Amitriptylin in low dose such as (10 MG ) safe for longer term use for insomnia given that it has Anti Cholinergic property ?
