Last evening i went to meet my friend as she lost her father to heart attack ..! after coming from there i was bit upset an went to sleep around 1 night an around 4.45 i got up all of sudden an felt like i'm going to die only one thought was coming in my mind thta i'll die..i bcm restless an couldn't sleep pls help .. i facing anxiety an panic attacks issues an under homeopathic medicen ..! Pls tell me why i feel like i'll die

I just heard the news that new positive allostratic modulator medicine has successfully completed phase3 trial. They say it is one of the biggest achievement in last 50 years. Now this medicine will not be available in india on the first day. How can we get the medicine, how would it affect the body and there can be challenges to overcome. I would request you to guide me of how you can treat me safely on a different regime.

I feel something or some shapes are being formed on my back of head.Its feels realistic but it's not there in reality.Is this delusional perception or just delusional

I am gopal pal .my mother is suffering to mental illness. Hallucination ,visualisation and doubting to nebours. this is happened with her third time .first time when she was 25 year then she recovered by itself. second during holi 2020. When she took some medicine under consultant of mind doctor and she was well but she didn't take full course of medicine only 3 moths took the medicine . she is  illiterate. She don't understand about it. Third is now .same symptoms.she always refused to take medicine. I had read about electroconvulsive therapy. Can we apply apon her. Please sir give proper advice

I have urge to pop whenever I go outside. But there is no stomach related problems. Whenever I am in home I fell very well but when I go to outside or thinking about go to outside for any important work or any exam or anything. I fell anxiety. I fell like what I will do if I have dieareah or dysentery suddenly Always thinking about this problem. I don't know what problem is this . But i have phobia to go outside because of toilet or bowel problem. I use tablet that stop bowel movement for some hours but still I fell feeling of toilet only in my mind. Nd I fell nervous. My mind only thoughts about toilet . And worst scenario. What can do or what is my problem. How can I dear with it
