I'm 26 years old. Utterly depressed, stressed and lost my interest in living. I have even forgot how to smile. Is there any anti depressing pills? I live in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

I am unable to concentrate on what others are talking to me. I can't focus for more than 15 minutes or I have to try really really hard. This is affecting my personal life too because I keep avoiding people because if I talk to them that will be the only thing in my head.

I am preparing for iit jee...nowadays I am not able think...I know the concept but not able study...just like brain is not working I fell...is it brain fog how to cure it???

I take ciplar tab for 2.5 month for anxiety but i stopped now coz my heartbeat is so safe about 70 then i consulted to psychiatrist they suggest me peroxe and clonazepam for 15 days and then my feeling of own heartbeat get stopped but for further consulatation he is not available here then i stopped that medicine but now i feel rapid heartbeat and also excess sweating is this withdrawl symptoms?

Sir, I.am preparing for Neet -UG exam,this is my first drop out and I think I lost my year long preparation time by various disturbance that may be made by me and  when I want to study I don't concentrate ,various imagination s and queries hit my mind and then I starts using my phone that keeps me calm but stressful and even I can't express myself to anyone, my mom says stay calm but this is not working out. Sir I don't know what I do

There is no mental peace feeling stressed and downed. Unable to handle things at home. Always feeling lonely and sometimes feel like I want to go far away place frm all this.

Have been facing the issue of anxiety since 5 years ... Initially it went away but after relapse i have not been feeling well since a year and half .pain near chest area , hands and shoulder Region on the left side has been irritating me since 3-4 months . Pls guide me doctors

My wife is lately suffering from anxiety. She has been very successful and confident in her career but now sometimes she feels low, lacks confidence, feels uneasy, chest feels heavy, heavy breathing etc One of the reason is also that I am working abroad. Need assistance don't know if some counselling will help her
