Clonazepam 0.5 mg is highly addictive is there any other tablet other than benzos which can replace clonazepam.

I am a person who is very shy nervous, underconfident around stranger, or in group. I am not able to face the situation, my heart starts beating rapidly in that situation and trying to escape from there. I overthink every thing. Even I have to talk to stranger virtually in text also I feel nervous very much and also if I have to talk to people whom I know but didn't talk for few months then also I feel very awkward nervous to even chat also and due to this fear I am not able to do that too. Feel like I always live in past future but not in present. Full of hopelessness and loneliness I feel always. I am totally depressed due to this things. I am not able to focus in anything due to this thing in life.             I want to be like extrovert people who easily mingle with the people interact with the people without any hesitation and fear and enjoy the moment which I totally missed and watching them make me feel why I am on earth. This way I don't want to live my life.

Hello Doctor, My fiance's mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia at her age of 27. My fiance was 2 years old then. Her schizophrenia did not come from a genetic background. She was taking treatment but unfortunately she was not able to bear the brunt of the illness and she committed suicide about 20 years after she was diagnosed. She had mild borderline schizophrenia. My fiance and his sister are completely normal. The sister is 32 years of age and he is 31 years old now. My main query is that "is it safe to marry him?" Is there a chance he may develop the illness later sometime in life? Also even if he does not, is there a chance our future generation could somehow import those genes and get affected?

Sometimes I get angry over little things too much but then at other times, I'm so calm even in the worst of something. I explain myself as short tempered ( though I've controlled a lot over it in the last few years ) and moody person. I do get angry quickly but it also takes no time to fade , especially for people I like. I've noticed that I get way too stressed out and over thinking and angry after I stay numb in some situation where the person in front is not talking properly. Later on I don't remember regret a lot but just get angry and share and talk a lot about it and kind of get over my anger by speaking to others. How to overcome this thing? What's wrong here?

My doctor has prescribed it for ocd,depression,anxiety...but i have heard that escitalopram causes Qt prolongation...i m very much afraid bcz of that and bcz of that I have not been taking rexipra 10mg...does it cause Qt prolongation and abnormal heart rhythm???plz reply me

I am just 22 and i have fear about my health.. small symptoms and i feel its cancer.. and i am going to die.. my heart beat become fast when i thought that.. i dont want to die.. i check too much google about my symptoms. And then i thought i have deadliest cancer. How to stop that? I dnt have any issues before. And i dont have a cancer related family history
