Hi I have drowsiness and diziness i have take consultation doctor he said you have anxiety I feel drowsiness and diziness fear How many days cure anxiety i used medicine 7 years but not useful How to overcome anxiety

My mom is not feeling well last one year. They have the imagination that someone is talking about them she always has a headache, she has body pain. I took one dose of venlor xr 37.5 mg. I felt very uneasy and in a dream like state. So i stopped taking the medication and was prescribed another. Does the medication stay in body for long and has some serious side effects even after one dose?

My sister having schizo for abt 4 yrs. her symptoms becoming worse when dosage of medicines has reduced and arranged marriage after consulted with doctor. now we started treatment and giving her diazepam 5 mg before sleep haloperidol 5mg twice a day for 3 weeks.. now she is okay now. so far she never tell us about what she hallucinate n kind of disturbances she having. we interrogated many ways as possible. she is not truthful to us. how do we get to know abt what she feeling ??.. is there any way to find out ?? . . . can people with schizophrenia have normal life like others ??. can't they get into marriage life.??

I have tried different ssri's Escitalopram 10,20 mg Fluoxamine 50 mg Sertaline 50mg My doctor prescribed ssri in the morning and benzos ( etizolam 0.5 ) at night. But after taking ssri's in morning my anexity/agitation is becoming worse and I can't control myself. After taking etizolam at night I become clam. My doctor now had prescribed Sertaline 50mg + 0.25 etizolam in morning 0.5 etizolam in night. I am fed up of these side effects so I started taking sertaline 50 mg + etizolam 0.5 in the morning and etizolam 0.75 at night on my own. Should I change to different anti depressents or continue with sertaline?

I cant sleep at night and wont be able to do anything due to low energy and procrastinating things. Now its going beyond my control

Read fully and help me. During my work from home scenario, i started feel fear about corona virus then it's turned into heart attack fear. One day suddenly i got heart palpitation with mild dizziness but i could walk that time. I rushed to hospital by walking and taken ecg it's normal. After that incident i feeling very fear and nervous that i have heart attack anytime. Til i experienced 7-8 times heart palpitation and taken 6 ecg, 2 Echo, 2 tmt, 2 chext xray, thyroid and sugar test, all test time and again normal. Because of heart attack fear i can't do my daily activities.. I fear to walk I fear to lift weight I fear to do exercise I fear to climb I fear to travel I fear if get sweating I fear if get any pain left shoulder and chest Despite many reports were normal and many doctors said my heart is normal, i can't believe them and still living with heart attack fear and anytime i gonna die.. Please save me 😭😭😭😭

My mind always filled up with negative thoughts which is bothering me ,i am getting Anxious, why these types of thoughts coming in mind . If i try to stop it it gets extreme.pls help

Am a medical student almost completed but last year I was diagnosed with knee TB for which I took treatment after that my journey of this year was full of diseases :( but this year I observed that whatever symptom i am thinking appears in real in next few days ! It's strange but it happened 5 times till now for eg i few days before felt that I have blood in the mucus so I checked it and after few days it started coming intermittently and another thing of I felt that I have hematuria and one day I saw it in my urine ! These were not delusions ! They were for real i have to photos and now few days before i was felling some difference in my neck and used to check it for ln enlargement and after few days in current situation my posterior cervical ln are enlarged ! Can anyone explain me in detail

I have social anxiety issues. I can talk to my family members only. When it comes to talking to other people I only use small words and small lines only so that I don't have to talk much. In college also whenever I have to speak something in class my heart starts beating so fast voice shakes. Have been facing this since I was in 8th standard. Also hand tremors are there. I am myself becoming a doctor where hand tremors doesn't look good. I don't know what to do. Please help!
