I have difficulty falling asleep at night, even after it comes there is a break every 1-2 hours & its not deep. My main issue was throughout daytime sleepiness so i was prescribed ativan but even after 7 hrs deep sleep , the daytime sleepiness issue remains. What seems to be an issue with me?

I am taking LIBOTRYP DS and 25mg amitriptyline after dinner daily for IBS-D but these medicines are culprit of my restlessness leg syndrome if I don't take these medicines than I don't I have any issue with legs at night any advice or any alternative medicine?
