My wife was facing partial sleeping problem.She was sleeping for 4 to 5 hrs.She was taking abdominal treatment ,so she has started Sarena 10mg 10T once in night from 21/6/22 prescribed by same Abdominal treatment doctor. She has taken this tablet for 40 days. Now after end of this tablet since more than one month she is facing Sleeping problem.Not able to sleep for an hour also . please advise further.

Is escitalopram well tolerated than Fluxotine in clinical practice ? Which one is most suitable for elderly ?

Can we arrange the following SSRI (Fluxotine, Fluvoximine, Sertaline, Escitalopram, Paroxetine) in increasing order of half life ? What should be the exact order ? I understand Paroxerine has very short half life and Fluxotine has longer half life but where does other SSRI like Escitalopram, Sertaline, Fluvoximin fit into ?

I have been preparing for a competetive exam and have given several attempts till now. My scores during mock tests and practice are very good but on the actual exam day I am not scoring well. I am under constant stress and it impairs my cognitive functions and it makes me conscious. As it is a competitive exam , cognitive function needs to be at peak. The minute I get consciois I am unable to focus fully. I feel my mind is not active or quick at answering , no matter how hard i try to relax or take deep breaths. I have tried meditation and other stress relief activities but before the exam its been the same. Should I take beta suppressors or anything . Please advise.

Are TCAs like Amitriptylin unsafe for longer term use in elderly due to its AntiCholinergic property ?

Is Fluxotine most suitable for OCD as compared to other SSRI due to its longer half life ? Should a Young Patient with OCD be tried with Fluxotine first if the patient is able to tolerate it well ?

I'm taking pari cr 12.5 mg since two weeks. I recently got severe cold and fever and was given the following medicines - Aster D and Bilasure M. Can I please know if they are safe as I am also taking Pari cr. Can I also know if I can take dolo for fever or could it have reaction with Pari cr?

My son 16 years old.he could not go out5 months .alltime he playhunging cricket.he always put left hand a cricket glouves.can we force him to stop this things.he always said if u force i hurt myself.what can we do now

Hi Doc My doctor has prescribed Amijoy 50 and clonotril 0.5 medicine for my anxiety. I have a 2 years old baby who sometimes demand breastfeeding( during night). Is it safe if i breastfeed her once or twice a day? Thank you.
