I was prescribed bupron XL variant of sun Pharma b the doctor however i am getting zupion sr variant which also says extended release so can i take zupion sr instead of bupron xl?

Hi, I am afraid of going out from the house. I feel heaviness in chest whenever i leave house. I feel uneasiness and gets nervous and feel heaviness in chest if someone says me to go out for some work. Is it a phobia or some problem. Ease help me in getting out of this. Thanks

It's been a year now since was suffering from sound sensitivity issue. Any uncertain sounds loud sounds and some vibration makes me panic n anxious I feel like to run away.. It's totally ruined my life and activity. I wanna know it's reason n treatment... Sometime Hearning some sort of sounds presist and I hear it everywhere where ever I go... I don't feel relaxed and clam kindly advise something... Sometime sound stays in my mind n can't get rid of them.... Kindly help.. I am diabetic type 2 also...

I forget things ,I have weak ,confusing memory . I don't recaĺl things . I feel difficulty while talking because i didn't get right word to speak. Sometimes when i write  sentence I miss words in between the sentences . I have absent mind .I can not  focus well . I have this  problem from few year .how can i cure myself from this .I am loosing my confidence.

I get repetitive thoughts and negative too, it happens again and again, I have tried a lot but it is not getting right, plz help me someone, I want to get out off this, I am not well mentally.

I am not really sure how to express my current situation, but I am just trying my best. Sometimes, I feel a lot happier than usual and I feel like I can get through my life well and good. But, sometimes I feel that my life is a complete misery and I am not sure why I even exist in the first place. There are nights when I wish that I go to sleep just to not wake up the next day. I am also unable to control my anger lately in a lot of situations. Can't explain further in detail in this thread. Kindly reply back if any of the doctors feel that they can help me. I somehow feel that I need to fight against myself to survive here.

Due to heavy alcohal addiction I want to get rid from it and consult doctor. Dr prescroved me the encloaed prescription. Just I want to know whethere these are wrong for alcohal treatement.

I am prescribed on ssri sertaline 50mg+etizolam0.25 in the morning and etizolam 0.5 at night. Can I take clonazepam  0.5 along with etizolam 0.5 at night.

Between Escatilopram ,vortioxetine and fluvoxamine tablet which has lesser side effect and better tolerability...as doctor prescribed me Escatilopram...as i have been suffering from depression and anxiety and mild ocd...which is best among them with least side effect..my body is such that even vitamin tablet give me side effect like gastric and constipation and loss of hunger...that's why I have been asking which medicine among Escatilopram,fluvoxamine and vortioxetine will have least side effect and better tolerability and great result...plz reply sir/madam
