Hi From last 4 days even if am awake . I feel as of everything is not happening reality. Idk why this is happening with me. I had a medicine for cold recently Not sure if all this happened after that Please give a solution for it. Thank you

My doctor has prescribed it for ocd,depression,anxiety...but i have heard that escitalopram causes Qt prolongation...i m very much afraid bcz of that and bcz of that I have not been taking rexipra 10mg...does it cause Qt prolongation and abnormal heart rhythm???plz reply me

I am just 22 and i have fear about my health.. small symptoms and i feel its cancer.. and i am going to die.. my heart beat become fast when i thought that.. i dont want to die.. i check too much google about my symptoms. And then i thought i have deadliest cancer. How to stop that? I dnt have any issues before. And i dont have a cancer related family history

Hello Doctor, I got married 5yrs back we were happy when we decided to have baby and baby came after that my husband doesn't show any affection or love towards me he might do if I tell him but he doesn't care on his own we are having slight difference in any matter we feel irritated anger and we may fight for silly things.We are having lack to f sleep not able to concentrate on anything I feel distrub and my mind leads to some paths and get nightmare which leads to distrub to me pls suggest what to do ??

I have been suffering from a lot of crying spells, inconcentration, feeling trouble in making making my own decisions, and may have forgetful symptoms and they are increasing gradually week by week, Eariler i was ignoring it by thinking that it's just a temporary outburst but now that it's been more than 6months post lockdown I think I need a help of psychiatrist , since I have noone who can suggest me a good option for it and there are hundreds of option online so I am confused whom to trust and preferably I am searching for a female doctor because that would make me feel comfortable since this is my first time to actually take this step for my mental health.

I have lost interest in activities i used to enjoy earlier, i feel lost all the time, i don't feel like going anywhere or talk to anyone. I feel tired nd sleepy whole day, i can't focus on my studies, i feel disappointed but not able to do anything about it. I am always having negative thoughts about everything, whenever i try to do something suddenly I'll start thinking that i wont be able to do it i m just wasting my time and because of these negative thoughts i am not able to be productive. Sometimes i feel like what I am even doing with this life. I even have a problem of repeatedly checking things like doors, electric appliances,stove just to get a temporary relief from the thoughts that if i don't do this it ll be harmful for my family.

Due to some issue i am not getting the pleasure from the things I used to get ... excessive sleeping and making plans but not doing anything is this depression or lazziness and overhtithunking and all

I am taking Epsolin 100 mg and Valprowin Chrono 200 mg tablets daily from last three months. How should i taper off the medicine safely and what is the right process? I met with an accident and was prescribed this medicine. My CT was normal. CT film and report is hereby attached. I have never had a seizure. I only had dizziness and headache. Is the same medicines are prescribed in case of blood clot? And what is the duration of medication? My treating doctor said you have a blood clot and you have to continue this medicine for 2 years. I am confused and unable to take right decision. Plz help
