THOUGHTS..
In the morning when i wake up i get thoughts which make mw anxious and nervous after some time i take control of myself.. Sometimes i continoua for whole day after which it dissappears and i become normal is it anxiety or ocd .. And what can i do to get control as sometimes it leads to headache.
