OCD Sexual thoughts
Sir/Madam,I am suffering from sexual intrusive thoughts from 4 years. Day by day getting worst.I dont know how to talk with people as i feel bad while talking to them. I usually look at their private parts while talking around even talking with my family as well. Because of this i am going through suicidal thoughts too

Your seem to be having OCD many ppl have these sexual thoughts do not feel bad or ashamed to approach a psychiatrist. You may benefit from medication and psychological therapy
