Why does cariprazine has devastating side effects. Such as Parkinson's disease. It has latest approval by fda as second generation antipsychotic. As well as it is the newest one in invention. Then why does have such devastating side effects eg Parkinson's disease symptoms.

Since few years i feel some weird things. I just don't know why but there is a lady in my neighborhood who always abuse us for no reason using curse words and started fighting since so many years, she fights with everyone. I have noticed that whenever i heard her voice i get frightened. Suddenly my heart beat started fast. Now whenever i see someone fighting with me or my family i started shaking of fear..i get scared. Is it normal? Is there anything which will make me stronger? Can you please suggest me something what to do I don't like it at all..

I'm a 3rd year medical student. I've always suffered from anxiety and insomnia few days before exams and intensifies during exam. I've done cognitive therapy , but now it's increased with high anxiety and no sleep. Hloo doctor I have headache on both sides of forehead above the ears .When I do a lot of hard work it keeps tingling and have headache till untill the I got relaxed .When I concentrate on a work for long time or studies happens in the same above way as headache and tingling sensation .what the cause for it.This is happening more than 2 years .lf It prolong for a long time does it cause any serious mental condition .please kindly help me to come out this problem .What is the solution for this problem .can't sleep properly with this headache . Does aripiprazole increases anxiety or decreases anxiety? does it has anxiety as a side effects. Or it helps to decrease anxiety.

Constant pain in heel. Experiencing high fatigue. High mood irritability. I feel like doing nothing throughout 24 hours. Experience passive anger and frustration. I get agitated very easily and not able to focus on anything.

I used to have anxiety issues because of my childhood and also i have problem in sleeping.. I used to sleep around 5-6 am in the morning... Doctor gave me medications 1)Depran-Forte[escitalopram 20mg;clonazepam ip 0.5mg] 2) Mirtee 15mg 3)Quel 25mg 4) Veegy 4g These medicines worked very well for me and now i have very less anxiety issues. But still i am not able to sleep at night.. I smoke around 10-15 cigarettes a day.. Does smoking hamper sleep??? Is it because of smoking that these medications are not working for sleep... Plzzz help🙏🙏🙏
