A question was asked in  practo in december 21 from ludhian that("Are Amitone and ciplar la lithium medicines?) Answer was responded as Yes by two psychiatrists. But asking question about amitone in november 22  whether amitone is a lithium medicine. The answer was responded as no. Plz confirm me that amitone and ciplar la  is not lithium medicine.is it true that no medicines will work in future after taken lithium?

When I think of doing anything, or do, I start feeling nervous, I feel heaviness in the left side of my chest, no matter how simple those tasks are, there is no such thing in it that causes panic, talk to anyone  There is hesitation in doing, afraid to say something to anyone.  I can't talk to girls.  I am very upset please tell me some good effective remedy to cure my problem..... plzzzz.................

I had a unexpected betrayal from my husband 2 times and I've forgiven him.. But my heart is just broken and I'm fully upset especially the times I'm alone and since it's a love marriage I cannot share anything with my family and i dp not have any friends also. I always see him staring at other girls on roads etc.. And after this betrayal incident I've got a lot of shivering and fast heart beat I always feel hes still cheating me And talking to other girls not able to trust... I feel like overseeing his phone And hos certain characters I feel unusual this is creating a lot of shivering and stress... How can i trust him again? How can i not lose him??

My son is 2. He has not been screened yet, his pediatrician just mentioned he has autistic features (we visited him for something else). Even he did not check properly. Where can i get my baby screened? I live in Mumbai. Also, he can say and recognize all the alphabets and numbers 1-10. He recognizes and says the names of 2-3 animals. Recently learned johny johny yes papa :) Says mama and papa, has decent eye contact and responds to his name 50% of the time. Started repeating words a lot. Does he fall under verbal or non verbal? I was Diagnosed with ADHD and OCD in 2016 by some psychiatrist who prescribed me certain medications. The treatment worked well , my issues regarding concentration almost resolved. But the treatment suddenly came to cessation due to Pandemic. Now I want to restart the treatment . So Iam looking for any Consutant Psychiatrist in kolkata who could help me resume the treatment .

I am taking fluvoxamine 50(0-0-1) and Clomipramine 25(0-0-1) since 4 years, due to mediction, I feel extreme lethargy, fatigue and excessive day time sleepiness, I am unable to do daily tasks. Can i take modafinil to reduced side effect( sleepiness)?

I need help, but I don't know who to trust or whom to open up to. My life is at a standstill. My brain is chaotic. Overall, it's h-e-double l. I am in debt. My mother(58 yrs old, she has thyroid problem) she cries and weeps on small and petty things a lot. She had a difficult past and she is too emotional and sensitive, may be thats why she cries a lot !! Is this related to some kind of illness, can this be cured ??
