Seretonin syndrome
Hi, I was put on venlor XR 37.5 mg (venlafaxine) for 1.5 years for vestibular migraine. After stopping it she was fine for 9 months and then her vestibular migraine came back so the doc told her to start venlor XR again but this time it didn’t suit her. Then the neurologist tried various antidepressants, seizure medicines, benzodiazepines & migraine medicines on her which made her only worse and now her symptoms are :-
involuntary muscle movements, tremors, Nervousness, shivering, Rapid heart rate, fainting feeling & anxiety. Is this serotonin syndrome ?? If yes how can it be treated as she has become very sensitive to medicines but is really suffering a lot ?? Please guide ! Thank you

Is supression of feeling harmful?
It's been 3 years, I'm unhappy
I had an accident in 2019, from that day my family stopped me from meeting my friends, going out, hanging out socially. & They kept scolding me with derogatory words which went into my sub concious. Whenever I try to sleep, these incidents come in my head because of which I couldn't sleep properly from last 1.5 year.
I have life goals but having trouble to achieve them.
I have been avoiding this feeling and trying to be happy but everyday it just comes in my mind.
They never acknowledge that I (a child) can be sad because of their actions. I literally lost my smile, & I'm more disappointed with the question that "is this my parents want to do with me?" .
They always seemed concerned others things rather than my sanity.
That's why I hate confrontation, because they won't acknowledge
I'm having exams soon & these things are hampering my studies alot!
No sleep! Stress! Anxiety! Trauma! & This happened with me when I started perceiving the outer world!

Should i go for autism screening?
My son turned 2 yesterday. He rarely responds to his name, repeats alphabets and numbers ( he knows all 26 alphabets and numbers 1-10) all through the day. He recognizes some other things like apple, bus, car, fish and says them too. He says mama and papa but we are not sure he is addressing us. His eye contact is ok, from the last 3-4 months his screen exposure has inceased around 5 hours a day. Our padetrician said he can go for behaviour therapy. Kindly help and suggest.
