Hi there,
A detailed medical and psychological history is always needed for every case.Duration of the symptoms,is not mentioned.
Also a detailed Medical Status Examination is also needed.
But some advice can still be given.
May be you are having photo sensitivity leading to other symptoms like headache etc.
There can be causing like migraine and other medical and Eye problems are to be needed before making it a psychiatric disorder.
