Hi , I'm experiencing Dizziness (kind of woozy , light-headed feel) . I have experienced panic attack in 2019 following COVID. Now for an year my symptoms were so occasional but now it's frequent. I met 2-3 specialist in ENT, ortho . They said there's no issues with the vestibular system and spine . When I'm experiencing Dizziness I find much tensed . Much imbalance comes in crowded places, malls, movie theatre where there's bright lights. I'm feared going out nowadays
