I have had anxiety, but never been on medication. Here lately I notice that I get dizzy/light headed when I get nervous or my anxiety kicks in. Is this something I need to go to the Dr for, or will it pass over time?

Hi. The symptoms that you have mentioned are symptoms of underlying anxiety. Since you acknowledge that you have been having anxious even before, it would be better if you seek a psychiatric consultation as the symptoms might worsen. In anxiety disorders, earlier the treatment is started, better is the response.
