My son had blood clot in right side of the brain 2years back and taken medication and angiography taken said no need to worry it will get clear slowly but last 2 days he said head dizziness

You need to consult neurosurgeon or pediatrician initially.
He/she will evaluate for head dizziness and look whether that clot is responsible for dizziness or is there any other reason
