Today suddenly when I was sitting in class I felt dizzy I couldn't fell any thing but me flying light-headed it felt good to feel nothing it was all numb for a while a felt light but when I then Googled it ,it suggested some serious health issues. I'm suffering from post traumatic experience and have anxiety issues and often can't sleep properly wake up with my heart pounding feeling somethings are going out of control but I am not able to get the things right.

The symptoms suggested point to anxiety. Even symptoms of sudden light headiness can be attribute to anxiety at time presuming your sugar, blood pressure etc are all okay.

Single episode of light headedness and numbness might be due to various factors. It might be due to fluctuating blood pressure levels or decrease sugar levels if you have are not eating properly.
So kindly take care of it.
