Hi doctor my age is 33 Male I have sweating while meeting strangers Or in public from forehead hands And feet please suggest me good treatment for this I cannot speak to anyone apart from my family feeling embarrassed why I am I sweating while meeting new people Or my relative also I'm finding difficult to have conversation for a minute I start to pour sweat from forehead as if I have taken head shower kindly anyone suggest best treatment
