Hello sir .I am nidhi 31 yrs old female.l don't know what's happening with me .l am so stressed ,I always feel my clothes are contaminated and someone is inside my room and will give transmit HIV virus to me .Unusual thoughts come in my mind which makes me doing things again again ,washing clothes,bathing ,checking on door 100 times but then als i am always in doubt.plz help me .I think this will kill me.I have a 2 year old child and I feel so sad for her because I can't even take good care of her

I am having this issue, I found out that I am sleeping so much deep. I am not waking up by so many alarms, or calls or anything. I am at hostel. Here They even played music in loudspeaker near me. Sit on legs and do so many activities which will woke up anyone. This is not happening for one time. This is happening everytime I sleep. No matter how many calls cames. No matter what happen I don't even known this much is happened. My body sensation kinda turned off. My deep sleep issue is increasing day by day. So rapidly. Like even earthquake came , building collapsed I am still sleeping. It's not good. And what is waking me up is also so clueless thing. I woke up so randomly and there are so many things which is happened already when I am waking up. Like so many calls or any other things in surrounding. What is waking me up is also clueless it's not any sound, any touch anything. My sleep is just like I am dead only. I am so much scared bcoz of this sleep issue which is increasing.
