Hello Doctor,
My husband is 33 years old.
He gets angry suddenly and shouts loudly. He doesn't think of others feelings. He also eats unlimitedly ( he says that he can't control eating) without thinking of me. He almost eats everything. His friends also told me about his eating and anger issues. He have other issues as well. Even every telling he's not changing. Does he need councelling?

He might need psychiatric evaluation and examination to know exactly why he is behaving this way and the reason for the above. Definitely do take him to a registered Psychiatrist for evaluation and diagnosis.
