Anxiety and anger episodes
My husband is undergoing for the past 6-7 years anxiety issues and anger outbursts. When ever it is severe if it affects his job he will go for  Ayurvedic treatment. He will take for one month and stop. Last year I took him to a psychiatrist he gave anxiety pills and adviced to take vitamin D and vitamin B 12 injection. He did not take. This anger episodes are repeating again and again. I need advice regarding this.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing due to your husband's anger. If you are in any kind of physical danger then do take appropriate steps. Ask him to consult a psychiatrist along with a clinical psychologist for a detailed evaluation and treatment plan. He needs to be properly psychoeducated for his problems.
Next Steps
Consult a Clinical Psychologist.

I understand your situation. The reason for your husband's anger episodes may be anything from bipolar to personality issues. However more clarity is needed regarding the problem. If based at bangalore then NIMHANS is the best option. If you want further assistance regarding how to go about I would be more than happy to help you with that. Some counselling and if needed medical help might be useful for him. You can directly consult with me through Practo. Discussions will be held confidential. Online chat consultation is available.
Health Tips
Incomplete treatment will only lead to unnecessary delay in improvement and reduce the quality of both your lives.
