Hello Mr.
I understood your concern towards ur brother.
Some main issues with ur brother are:
-- Anger/irritability.
-- Irresponsible/ decrease interest in work.
-- Social withdrawal/ introvert/ shyness.
Anger is a part of his Temperament that has
transformed into his personality after 18 yrs.
Irresponsibility can be due to lack of interest or
decreased concentration or part of personality.
Social withdrawal can again have many
reasons most commonly he is introvert. These
all are just one possibilities, other things to rule
out are.
* Start of bipolar disorder.
* Unipolar mood disorder.
* Personality disorders
* Psychotic episode
* Substance abuse.
* Temper trantum.
* Impulse control disorder.
* Conduct disorder
-- A detailed evaluation is must for ur problems
& rule out the other possibilities.
Next Steps
** Consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist
before the problem worsens.
** Don't argue much with him for now .The
basic you can do.
