Some more information is required. Reduction of dose and chances of relapse depends on multiple factors. If you are completely asymptomatic for a long time then a trial of dose reduction can be given but only after consulting your treating doctor.

Sir,
A detailed history is required as your treatment will depend on it.
It is always a wise option to visit your treating psychiatrist, as he is well aware about your issues and has a long term treatment plan in his mind.
If you wish to visit a new psychiatrist, then you will have to give the complete history again.
