I hade delusion episodes 3yrs ago, I was hospitalized. My doc prescribes 10mg olanzapine for last 3yrs. I want to reduce dose. Is there chances of relapse if I reduce dose to 5mg ?

A detailed history is required as your treatment will depend on it.
It is always a wise option to visit your treating psychiatrist, as he is well aware about your issues and has a long term treatment plan in his mind.
