I have been trying the poly physics sleep from 3 to 4 days and it really need a change so just wanted to know whether it's beneficial or are there are some issues linked to it.

I have muscle twitching randomly all over the body i have done emg and ncv and many other test i have had an health anxiety i am taking antidepressants medicine 15day but not show effect how much time it take to show its effect?

I have lost interest in life and the hobbies i used to , i fell always tired and sleepy as i don't have anything which makes me motivated and interested , whenever i wake up i think that it should better if i die as nothing interesting to me , less apitite, always tired , sometime headaches , go out is a big task for me , unmotivated , lazy etc. Is there any hope for me ?

I have diagnosed with somatization mainly pain in overall body. My symptoms have worsen please tell the effective medicines and treatment for my symptoms. There is no physical cause for pain but pain is there in my overall body You can contact me on -8 two zero eight four 0 three eight three 7

My 2.5 year old boy is too much obstinate. He doesn't listen anyone keep doing things wrong. He doesn't care whether father mother uncle aunt. He does whatever he wants . And he willingly does all wrong deeds. And if anyone try make him understand he shout at and he beat with hands and with loose legs. We are very tensed . Due to his such behaviour our whole family has been disturbed. There is also 3 months girl in my home. He teases her and try to make her harm. He am frustrated with that child. He doesn't understand anything we say. Just try to injure other and not able then try to injure himself. I can say he is not good to live in family. Any medicine is there to help his anger or is there any govt institution for such child in India so we can left there. All family members are  fully frustrated with him..        If anyone  can help me pls help or tell any institution to take care till he understand . We are lower middle class family. We can't afford costly treatment.help if .

I feel very low now a days, i cry alot without any reason, i don't knw why its happening since i delivered a baby a month ago.also i'm not getting enough sleep. What should i do, am very disturbed.

I have been prescribed Flupenthixol (0.5mg), melitracin(10mg), paroxitine(20mg) and clonazepam (0.5mg) all together. Is it safe to take these together as I am worried about too many side effects at once.

My sister has a lot of opposite,uninterrupted thoughts coming to her mind.She has lots of fear out of which the one that bothers her most is the fear of ending up alone as she is the youngest of us all.She feels due to her borderline peeosnality disorder she might not be liked by anyone and that she migjt not be able to spend proper life routine due to her sociophobia as well.She refuses to see a psychiatrist and feels she can help herself using DBT etc.She is pursuing M.A Psychology but I see her not being able to stick to any routine She doe schekcing and counting also to manage her anxiety I wanna take her to psychiateist but how do I convince her.She is refuisng it and gets angry if I mention that.plz help

Hello, i have been taking vortioxetine 10 mg for anxiety & mood related disorder. This drug cost a lot and i cannot afford purchasing higher strength 20 mg strip so my question is if i continue taking 10mg strength tab, will it not work in fixing my symptoms overtime after continuous taking it?? Or the dose increase is must? Thanks

My wife aged 36 yer old. Our marriage had 15 years over having two kids. from 15 years she is very aggressive and she bit herself in little little matters. from one month she is continu in thought of ghost ...kala jadu and blaming me...I m very worried ... please suggest some medicine
