Can I take flexon while on escitalopram and arip mt not together but same day? Please answer my question

Psychiatry suggest me to take provonal sr 40mg it is high dose??? Coz my heartbeat arpund 78 to 80 while resting is it ok to take??? I feel my own heartbeat when i am lay down

I am taking flunil 40 oleptal od 300 twice and agoprex 50. I am having severe insomnia and anxiety since i started these medicines. I tried melatonin, zolfresh ir and sr but no use. Can someone suggest a safe medicine. I have used qutipin 100 mg earlier.

I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder taking flunil 40 oleptal od 300 twice and agoprex 50. I was an alcoholic but m willing to quit. Since 12 days i haven't touched a drink. I am confined in home by my parents so that this habit disappears completely. How many days of confinement do I need ? I am fed up of this life.
