My sister has a lot of opposite,uninterrupted thoughts coming to her mind.She has lots of fear out of which the one that bothers her most is the fear of ending up alone as she is the youngest of us all.She feels due to her borderline peeosnality disorder she might not be liked by anyone and that she migjt not be able to spend proper life routine due to her sociophobia as well.She refuses to see a psychiatrist and feels she can help herself using DBT etc.She is pursuing M.A Psychology but I see her not being able to stick to any routine
She doe schekcing and counting also to manage her anxiety
I wanna take her to psychiateist but how do I convince her.She is refuisng it and gets angry if I mention that.plz help
