Uninterrupted negative thoughts
My sister has uninterrupted negative thoughts such as family members being toxic and she needs to leave them and also they r very nice and she upsets then so she must die..consistently not leaving her mind..they interfere even if she tries to distract herself via pther things..she has a lot of anxiety and difficulty concentrating..many atimes lacking energy to do planned stuff.She took meds n the past but hates them now aa they caused side effects like nunbness and feelinglessness Plz suggest how to convince her to starts meds again..She saw a psychiatrist but again refusing meds bcoz she has searched side effcts on gogle again

Hello, You can give medicine covertly till she gains insight.... She will she the medicine of her own then. Also you should take her to a clinical psychologist for counselling purposes.
