I m taking Etilaam 0.5mg & Nexito 10 mg in day and 20mg in Night since 2 months ...Will it cause Serotonin Syndrome. I m worried about this.. becoz my thumb of my left hand is tremors and shaking involuntarily whenever I do work and my left hand arm is also tightness... I suffer this problem also in 2017 then my doc gave me B12 injection. But this time my thumb is also shaking and tremors involuntarily at working or lifting weights. I was worried becoz of Parkinson Disease or Multiple Sclerosis. Please Solve my doubt...I am very worried becoz of this... Is my anxiety ?edication cause me this... PLEASE HELP 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I am feeling there is something right side of temple. Feeling heaviness that side. Like something has sticked. What could be the reason ? Sometimes pain in ear also. Feeling tightness from temple to ear.

My mind feels heavy all the time as if there a layer of gas between skull and my brain.I feel it moving sometimes.Also i have voices of people ,whenever i lie down without doing anything thoughts start coming up.Unknown voices come up in head and see a lot of dreams during close to the end of sleep in the morning,mostly just before waking and also remember them, can't concentrate on studies as most of the time i have voices and random irrelevant  thoughts coming up.Feel tired also. Psychiatry suggest me to take provonal sr 40mg it is high dose??? Coz my heartbeat arpund 78 to 80 while resting is it ok to take??? I feel my own heartbeat when i am lay down
