Hi there,
A detailed psychiatric history and evaluation is needed for every case. Also the MSE is also needed to come to a diagnosis and management of the case.
A realisation that it is a problem is a favourable factor for the treatment of the disorder.
Next Steps
You will need psychological and medical treatment for your case.
Try not to be near your cell or computer.
Keep them away from you.
Make a schedule for the use.
Try to do relaxation exercises and Yoga exercises.
You will need medical management with anxiolytics and other drugs for some time and then to go for the tapering off the drugs.
