Intrusive thoughts due to Anxiety.
I am having anxiety due to fear of being not fit although maintaining a good health. This anxiety perhaps led to intrusive thoughts in my mind. Please guide me to get out of such intrusive thoughts which are disturbing me as if I am going mad whereas friends & relatives are saying that I am all well, mentally as well as physically.
