Iam currently taking prodep 10 for 2 weeks but iam not satisfied with the response , for depression and energy,  also anxiety and some uncomfortable physical symptoms like throat voice hoarseness and tightness etc , i need to switch from prodep to dveniz 50 , because in past it worked well for my depressed mood and anxiety but due to high heart rate it induced(tachycardia), palpitations i stopped it , can i switch to dveniz 50 from prodep . Is that a wise decision .How many days do I need to wait for that process ?

Hello Sir/madam, 2 year back i went to psychiatrist because of anxiety, overthinking about life and health and he prescribed paxil 12.5mg for 6 months, after my psychiatrist reduce to 6 mg. Now I'm continuing 6mg from 1 year. Now I'm feel good. My concern is recently i searched about Paroxetine side effects on internet, one article says life expectancy and health risks are high in long time using of paroxetine. Any harmful side effects with it.

Hello doctor.i .am having health fear severe..aftery delivery.my baby is now 1.8 yrs..till date I keep running to hospital...after I got panic attack..fear of death keep coming in my mind automatically.i can't stop...I visited psychiatry given clonezepam.i took for one week then o stopped bz of side effects..day by day fear is increasing..I can't be normal like others.today my sister husband is no more due to he is severely alcoholic..they are in Bangalore..I .am in chennai.i need to travel..and I am scared to go bz of my fear...I having clonzepam with me.can I take .25 mg  1 as immediate remedies for my fear..whether that will work for me.. kindly help.thamks in advance.

I am a 29 year old experiencing mood swings every day. I am introverted and have developed an inferiority complex.I have been unemployed for 7 years and have been preparing for various competitive examinations but haven't succeeded in any one of them. I have lost hope in life and felt suicidal all the time. My behaviour has changed a lot. How can I overcome from this disorder?? Kindly help me.

My depression started 8 years back and fram last 4 years I'm much better. I have taken many meds and right now on venla+nexito . I feel almost completely alright sometimes but as soon as I start challenging my mind into doing some activity related to studies mostly, my mind starts becoming depressed and I start having the symptoms of depression like concentration, focus , memory problems etc. which does not let me work for a long time. Will this ever go away or people on antidepressants do have these problems because it's just a relief and not a recovery from root ?? Is it common?Help me,

Whoever I have , I m getting hurt because of them and being with them also I feel lonely. Many times I got sucidal thoughts, I tried to attempt as I feel empty. I NVR felt there is someone for me. All these years all I wanted for some care n love. I have been longing for someone who really cares to be by my side. But I realised that I don't have that luck. I have to suffer my loneliness. What to do to let go of my emotions and be balanced? What to do to control myself? How to divert my focus on myself or my career ?

Is it safe to take metformin and olanzapine together ?? Please provide details regarding the interactions.
