I'm a 3rd year medical student. I've always suffered from anxiety and insomnia few days before exams and intensifies during exam. I've done cognitive therapy , but now it's increased with high anxiety and no sleep. What can I do please help it's affecting my studies a lot as I spend too much time trying to sleep but don't sleep at all
