Sir,
Aripiprazole can both increase and decrease anxiety (and can even cause a condition that mimic anxiety, which I am delibratly not mentioning over here) , please contact with your doctor for more advice.

Hello,
It is used in low dose to augment the ANXIOLYTIC effect of other antidepressants.
However in higher doses it can initially cause anxiety.
