Hi,
You have long-standing OCD/anxiety, and you were given many medicines over the years — benzodiazepines (alprax, clonazepam, etizolam), multiple SSRIs/SNRIs, beta-blockers, etc.
Some of these medicines (especially vilazodone, paroxetine, fluvoxamine, mirfrest, and long-term sedatives) can raise LFTs in sensitive individuals.
That is why your liver became fatty and SGPT/SGOT rose repeatedly.
Now that your liver is normal again, the goal is to choose liver-safe medicines that can control OCD without harming LFTs.
The good news: There are safe options.

I can understand your distress and concern regarding LFT and your OC symptoms
There are various Medications which do not have an effect on the liver profile and safe, can be started as per your symptoms profile
No need to worry, you have a baseline LFT report, plan a visit with Psychiatrist* with all your previous medical records* for review and chose for the medication as per your symptoms
You will be alright, OCD is very common but treatable with proper Medications and relaxation exercises
Sorry to hear that. OCD can be very distressing and chronic. There are medication options that are liver safe. Along with that, psychotherapy will also help in managing symptoms.
