Muscle twitches are short involuntary jerky movements of the muscles. Causes: stress, anxiety, poor diet, exercise , poor hydration,  electrolyte imbalance,  caffeine and side effects of some medicine. Most twitches go away on their own after few days and nothing to worry about. However,  if the muscle twitches increases in frequency and last most of the time in a day for several weeks, it could be caused by medical conditions.
Health Tips
Getting enough sleep, avoiding too much caffeine, and eating healthy foods (like lots of fruits and vegetables), can help prevent some muscle twitches.
