Automatic facial smile & twitch, anxiety
I have involuntary automatic twitching and smile on my face whenever I see a person (fave to face or otherwise) in real life / image. Additionaly, my sight involuntarily/automatically goes towards the private parts of the person or their exposed body parts. I also suffer from anxiety from 17 years of age. Initially the anxiety had specific triggers e.g. prior to important events. These specific triggers continue till today. But, additionally I have developed anxiety for non specific situations including prior to/during interacting with any person.

Hii completely understand that it must be really bothersome From what you have mentioned it’s looks to me as a part of social phobia / anxiety where in situations in which you have to face people you start getting nervous and have self doubts which backfires in the form of symptoms you experience . It could be that people will judge you. Or you will embarrass yourself . Whatever it is , it’s treatable Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling Discuss in detail and get over this anxiety asap More power to you
