Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history and MSE is necessary to come for a diagnosis and treatment. But some advice can still be given to you. It’s very much unlikely that you are suffering from any symptoms because of antidepressants. There is a need for you to get the Stool tests done like Gross , microscopic and may be culture and sensitivity. Also needed is tests like ultrasound of the abdomen. Do take the advice of a physician regarding your complaints.
