Mental Health issue- Thoughts
Hello, I am working in IT. Just move to new company. Overall company is very supportive, opportunities are great but I am unable to understand anything during meetings ( wheather it's one on one or between multiple functions). The anxiety, panic kicks in. I know what i need to do but I am so scared/afraid that I freeze. It's a horrible feeling that someone tell me simple task and I can't do it due to so much of overthinking. I can't remember what 2 mins ago someone has said something, and this is going on in loop. There is no attention, no Focus lack of confidence, anxieties etc. It's been 2 months that I have been crying at night like child, Thinking I don't know what to do.. I did what i could do but I don't know what to do next. Always thinking somehow to survive a day( no problem with my job) without this so much of overthinking and anxieties. This is affecting my health as I lost so much of weight and theres sometimes pain in my heart. I dnt know why.

Hi there, Got to know about your problems. A detailed medical and psychiatric history and Mental health Examination is always needed to come to a final diagnosis and management of the case accordingly. But yes, some some advice can still be given.
Next Steps
As per information, you have moved to a new company ie a new place of working. It appears that you are having Anxiety issues may be related to the change of place. It’s known fact that if a person suffers from anxiety because of any cause will have problems in the attention and concentration as it’s happening with you. It is not clear what was your premorbid personality ie how you were reacting to the stress ful events , your premorbid mood, leisure time activities etc. Have you under gone such complaints in the past? Are you on any drugs or substance abuse?
Health Tips
Do talk about your issues with your family and friends. Don’t lose your heart as treatment is available. Both drugs and psychological interventions are needed to tackle the issues. Take the help of a mental health professional and follow the advice. Take the medications under the supervision of the mental health professional. Meanwhile do go for relaxation exercises and Yoga. Be positive in your thoughts.
