I've been suffering from anxiety for 2-3 years and it gets worsen in the evening. I tried to meditate but it triggered my anxiety and made it worse. My anxiety is problem is not consistent and I'm also having migraine headache as well. I don't know I kind of feel like empty and lonely someday without any reason. And suicidal thoughts also come to my mind sometimes and actually I tried once to commit suicide but I didn't. I don't understand sometimes I feel depressed too.

I'm a individual who has become a Dr strange (Marvel character) n just cannot stop thinking. Has a domino effect on my actions. I fear going to a doctor due to stigma of being labelled n laughed upon. So, is there still hope or am I a lost cause?

I was a psychology student and understood my condition and illness then and then thought this world will not change for me and I have to be strong to deal with the odd situations but I m so sensitive also whenever someone hurts me I find it very difficult to deal with it and then I choose the path of escapism my parents had brought up me like a delicate flower and I was in my comfort zone and that's why it's very difficult for me survive in this materialistic world I just love nature and like to live with plants and birds I consulted a psychiatrist but medication didn't suit me and my condition was deteriorating day by day then he advised me to consult psychologist but I was not in the condition to trust anyone and I quit all the medications at once I faced some serious issues but somehow with the support of my family I managed to be happy But now I am facing serious issues in my marital life and this is the matter of great concern for me What should I do???

Hi doctors Actually i am having a anxiety and nervousness so i am going to a physiatrist and he gave me a antidepressants escitalopram 5mg after he increases the dose to 15mg. From past two week i am normal and relieved from anxiety and nervousness. But i am suffering from another problem. I feel like i am in dream or think my surroundings things are real or not. Why i am here. Thinking what is life. So i am searching these symptoms on google then I found it's depersonalisation disorder. So my question is does is it a side effect of antidepressants because I don't have this problem when i was normal before anxiety and nervousness. And does depersonalisation go away..? And i am living a normal life again ..? Please tell me what to do. Thanks

Sir I am always in tension why someone has said to me like this why I have not replied in this way.. always thinking all these things and upset whole day and night. . Always thinking I should have replied this way to him why he said to me like this.. and always in anger and tension
