Hello, i was diagnosed with adhd two years ago, and was priscriped inspiral 10 mg / 20 mg SR, so far everything was working fine, but suddenly from March 2022 , that Medicine stopped working, i was confused, tried everything but it just did not worked, even switched the brands, still same issue, then one day luckily by chance i got the older batch of inspiral 10 mg ( expiry year 2022), and it worked !!! It seems like the new batches are not working anymore, they seem heavily adulterated, what can I do about this? Can you tell me which batches are still working like the old one's?

I want to consult a doctor but you are paid one and needed online one and i m living in remote area where the center are not close by. So anybody can do it at free then share the details

I am on tab panazep...is it ok to take Azithromycin and chesten cold. With that because i have cold.

Will boswellia serrata (shallaki) 600mg twice daily have significant interaction with risperidone 6mg, pacitane 4mg and valproate cr 1000mg?? i read shallaki inhibits lots of metabolic enzymes but is it very significant that it might cause problems or just mildly? i really want to take the "indian frankincense" shallaki as its beneficial to a lot of other problems i have. thanks

I am 29 year old I had vertigo and anxiety problem a year ago used vertin 16 for vertigo few months I stopped using now as I was fine my doc said to stop.its been 5 months I stopped using vertin 16.still using etizolem and nexito forte for anxiety.these days I was taking only etozolem beta on alternative days.and stopped nexito.from 4 days I was having head spinningness in morning time.not in the early morning.but while preparing breakfast or doing some work my head is spinning.is that mean my vertigo came back.or is that because of not using etizolem and nexito properly. Feeling tired and headspinning making me uncomfortable

For past 1 week just I get the sensation of falling asleep and then suddenly I jerk myself awake . This happens through out the night an I am unable to sleep . I have tried  ignoring this but still due to its constantly happening   I am not able to sleep . Kindly let me know how can this issue be solved . As now I am feeling very sleep deprived  and it's affecting my work .

I m on ventab dxt 50 from last 6 months, now I facing problem in my urine.flow, frequency dysuria and pvr is also very high 150cc .and ED also Some urologist suggest that it all because of ventab so change the medicine, some are saying it's prostatitis, so I m confused to change ventab dxt  medicine or not?? Hello doctor I have dizziness and I always feel dull pulsing ache in lower back of head and also I feel a weird sensation like pulsating and palipitation in neck and chest.I'm using medications like beta blockers in the morning and nexito plus in the night from almost 6 months. Hey.. I had taken medicine zolpidem 12.5, proxi cr12. 5 and trazonil 50 mg in the month of march for 13 days.. N since then I have developed visual snow kind of symptoms... I see static all over. I had visited almost every eye. Retina Especialist in my city all aaya eyes are healthy... I m very much afraid due to this nobody knows about it... Please tell that will this be go away??

I seem like I have ADHD, because i tend to forget things, i make careless mistakes, i day dream, can't focus and concentrate, and get bored very often. These have been happening to me since childhood, and i got to know it now that these are the symptoms of ADHD. Because of these i was terrible at school, and still these affect today as well. And i think i am also addicted to blue films.
