Hamko lagta hai ki Mera intelligence khatam ho rha hai.ye hamko 5 yrs se ho rha hai but pta nai chal rha tha and wo intelligence khatam Hona Mera chest pe directly impact par rha hai.i m unable to take decision or I don't have confidence that I should bath or not.I want to know what is that and what should I do??

I am a boy of 27 yrs.. I have covid and hyperthyroidism history of 1 yr ago now normal. But per day generally after wake up in the morning and before bed time i feel anxious and slightly fear .. at that time my heart rate increases and reaches up to 108..and it remains upto 1/2 hrs .. But i can sleep well .. I take medicine mirtazapine about 6 months and now I'm not on medication.. It happens when i was not on work means free mind.. What to do..

I'm married since 21 years . From day one he was bit dominating but it doesn't hit me. Later, we started a business together. Due to covid situation it got great loss . He was enjoying all the profits but after loss he can't able to take. He was torchering me everyday like why we had loss. Even he bet me hard & abused me every single. My children was only my strength. Now, I starting new business without him. I have courage and strength but sometimes I feel like partner why he did like this? I was supportive for his moves but he is not me ? I feel alone ? Tried counseling for him , his mind is stubborn

Hlo doctor, currently I am pursuing treatment from Physiatrist.according to me,till now I m not diagnosed with my problem.so plz can you help me and tell me which doctor should I seek. Here Is my symptoms: *My mind is not taking the words.eg:-i m unable to        understand that hydrogen has 1 atomic number. I m unable to understand the videos,I m rewinding the same 10 second many times but smajh mein hi Nahi aata hai,dimag accept hi Nahi Kar Raha hai ki kya bol rha hai.my mind is not accepting the word. *Unable to walk straight in a line.

Hello I have symptoms of social anxiety 1 I am shy to talk with my relatives and specially I can't talk with girls 2 I am introvert in childhood and now I overcome from this problem 3 I feel nervous before going anywhere and before meeting with new person 4 I overthinking about before going anywhere and meeting with new person 5 I don't feel nervous in public places and gathering 6 I mostly go to that place or party whom I know someone 7 I sleep on time and wake up on time 8 I don't feel nervous, anxious, negative and overthinking daily but sometimes 9 I don't drink or smoke 10 I feel little bit stress in daily life and I am very calm person and don't feel angry due to anxiety So tell me how to overcome from these problems

Ok sir I am repeating my question because I think you have misunderstood my question as I had not write it very understanding way sir today I went to government hospital for medicine at the same time one person who is just bitten by dog come for rabies vaccination he strated showing his wound to doctor one mosquito from his wound come and bite me can I get rabies in any way by that please tell if yes do I need vaccination please tell because I don't want to loose my life of rabies

Sir please reply today I went to government hospital for diarrhoea medicine at that time only one person is bitten by dog 15-20 min before he is showing his wound to doctor for receiving anti rabies vaccine one mosquito from his wound come and bite me can I get rabies like that do I also need anti-rabies vaccine please tell sir because I don't want to loose my life of rabies please sir

I take, Fluvoxamine 50, clonil 25, clonazepam 0.25 daily I am very tired all the day, please suggest any add on medicine for wakeupness

Hii doctor...My mother is taking three medicines prescribed by a govt. psychiatrist. out of these three, one didn't suit her so I consulted doctor througj text as my parent's house is very far from hospital. Doctor prescribed one more medicine named Desleaf 50mg...just want to know is there any medicine by name Desleaf 50mg as my father couldn't find it at any medical store?
