Dear doctor I have very strange problem in each day my mind always things two things 1) I always day dream on virtual things which will never possible and day dreams for hours i am in this habit since i was child or remember my life i do this while doing my job driving to any place or in any situation 2) if any problem comes up to me i am very much Concerned unable to focus always think what would happen if this will occur and go to worst case until the problem resolve Can you suggest what disorder this is how to get this resolved where i can consult i have wasted lots of tiMe of my life because of this not sure why i did not focus this is mental disorder or seek out for help yet my age is 28

I am taking medicines for schizophrenia from past about twelve years seldom I stopped taking medicines, I am feeling well but when i stop taking medicines,my condition slowly becomes like that in the beginning ie before I was taking medicines, I am bothered and upset about taking these schizophrenic medicines. I want to stop taking medicines. What can i do.

Can u name any poison which can cause death and easily available at home or medical store or any other place.

Before the start of period i get lot of emotions,i break down, i feel sad, don't feel like doing regular routine house work i feel like doing what makes me happy like shopping or going out. I say things in anger which I don't mean or regret later because it leads to Conflict between my husband and me. I feel there is hormones change in my body which brings so Many emotions in me at that time because rest of the days i stay in control of my emotions. Please help what i am suffering from
