Sir I am sufferings from anxiety doctor prescribed me F-tin 20 per day is it safe to take with becosules cap (B vitamins) .

Sudden changes in feelings and emotions causing unnecessary worries and tensions. Too much body ache and getting aggression quickly

1) How stress effects the body mainly nervous system and total digestion system? Is really stress damages the entire body with no second option? What are the major side effects of stress that triggers the human Brian and body into trouble? Please clarify sir/ madam

Hello doctor I have palpitations one day and I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia and I did 2d echo it showed normal and a week later I took another ecg it was normal. Right now I'm using medicines like betablockers in the morning and nexito plus in the night from almost 6 months. but what scares me is sometimes I'm feeling a weird sensation like some pressure is coming from head to neck and feeling palpitations in neck and chest. What is the cause is this anything heart related? I'm very much worried pls help me.

Respected docs. I have been suffering from residual depression symptoms from 3 years. Depression started 8 years ago. I took treatment and have taken atleast 15 meds for 2 years to check which one works. Doctor finally put me on Nexito+ venla. I'm 80% better from 3 years but there is no improvement after that. I have taken rtms also from mindfultms Gk, no improvement. My main symptoms are upper body heating up whenever I try to learn something as it requires processing info, which leads to worsening condition. I want to take esketamine which can be helpful. Is it available in Delhi Clinics?? Will it help?? plz answer 🥺🙏

I am Naveen a teacher.. i have anxiety problem from 2019.. at the early stages I used to get lot of panic attacks.. and headaches.. and this is started while moving Bangalore traffic.. and after that going on the bic and going outside phobia started to me.. and always feel dizzy feeling that some where i am going to fell down.. even i today i have this tendency of felling down..and when I went to doctor he did all the test and he told knothing it's an anxiety show to eye doctor and when went to eye doctor i had cylindlical power which I did not now.. and power was -2.0 and I took glasess.. later the same anxiety continues.. some how I managed where I did not take any treatment.. and 2020 March I got covid infection which was very much severe I was admitted to hospital and after one month i had bad seizure with unconsciousess where I admitted to hospital once again.. and after that this incident my anxiety become very much severe.. doctor did all the test mri eeg but everything normal..

Don't know what it is but my self esteem has gone and I don't feel like doing anything everything feels wasted in life

Hi sir/madam I am taking ssri like sertraline , escitalaprom and beta blockers propranolol and clonazepam for my anxiety and hyperventilation ,panic disorder 1st 10 days 25 mg sertralin with escitalaprom10mg +clonazepam.then next 20 days sertline 50 mg with escitalaprom10mg+clonazepam.25mg and then next 60 days(2month) sertline 75 mg with escitalaprom10mg+clonazepam.25mg now 4 month they reduced sertline to 50 mg with escitalaprom10mg+clonazepam.25 mg currently 4 month going to end nowadays I facing  restlessness leg syndrome and involved muscle twitching and moving inside mouth like grinding my teeth restless tongue trusting ,I want to know this are side effects of SSRI ? How to eliminate this pls suggest me 😔

Hi , since last few months I have been like irritated ,frustrated over all the time also I don't find any purpose or I don't enjoy the things once I used to .Also I m tensed about my health too in past months I have loose weight about 3 kgs nd now im only 34 kg. I haven't sleep in past few days , all night I just have my raging thoughts which are repeated over again and again and after that I become a whole weak person and start to weep . I am not able to cope with my extreme emotions it is just so much to bear sometimes I m so frustrated that I want to hurt myself as to calm my mind . It is so much to deal with and I don't know how to do so ? Is this normal ?please, anybody can help why all this is  happening and why brain is so fucked up ?
