I am feeling extremely lonely and have no family or friends or siblings. Can I delibrately induce psychosis to ensure I am not feeling lonely and get an illusion that I have someone. If I don't find a way to do it I will succumb to loneliness and will not be alive.

I have been suffering from anxiety disorder since 2009. Been on meds on and off like pexep, sertraline, prodep, vilano, bupropion, duloxetine, venlafaxine, rexipra, mirtaz, qutipin, amitriptyline,trazodone etc. Except pexep + libotryp ds combo which helped to an extent, others were more or less useless. Lately i have been prescribed by vortioxetine 10 mg twice a day by another dr. I want to know if this medicine is worth taking or should i go back to pexep?
