U shaped delusion or obsessional thought is stuck in back of my head.Its like Something U shaped is real sensation on back of head .what is this called and how to solve it.Its paining Medicine- flunil 20,arip mt 2

My brother has started drinking 3year back and he is continuously drinking. He did not drink only when he is not well He has lost his weight and did answers anyone if we ask for problems ,we thought he is in depression we took him to psychiatry but he did tell anything to him as well His excessive drinking is killing him day by day. What to do??

I have anxiety doctor gap two drugs what should gap between this two how safe are they for 6 months treatment how to leave drugs I take counseling help also but doesn't do physiotherapy how get rid of drugs I get irrated on small things if I discontinue nextio plus and my bp increases after 30 days if I stop drug and someone tell me anything only on that condition how much time will I need to take treatment assumption .
