I m an 3rd mbbs student.From start of course I  am unable to stay happy. I generally feel sad. I am unable to make friends. I can't concentrate on studies. I am unable to get peaceful sleep.I am surrounded by negative thoughts while sleep I feel anxiety in going to college. The moment I enter college I am fucked up

Can we give Cetrizine tablet to 3 year old kid instead of Cetrizine syrup? Nearby chemist shop is closed and uts raining so wanted to understand alternative

Hello doctor My kid is 5 yrs old. She is scared of me. She is not leaving his father alone. Without his father she is not staying alone with me. When I asked her what's the reason she said I am scared of you while making her study. I scold her while studying. She is LKG Newly joined. Her father plays with her a lot. I'm strict somewhat. She cries if I won't talk with her or if she won't see me for sometime. It's becoming a problem for her father to go to office. Please help me to get rid of this. Thank you

I am confuse to understand my problem. Have I anxiety or depression please please let me know my problem my symptoms are following: (1) to worry unnecessarily. 2.) increased heart rate. 3.) Feeling of stretch in the chest. (4)thinking I am going to mental . (5)feeling uncomfortable for no reason. (6) feeling no hungry. (7)Always gurguring in the chest like something will happen (8) get frustrated early.
