I am sometimes feeling tightness and sometimes like waterish or swelling feeling.I don't know what it is.Can you please tell what it is. I am currently on depression medication

Was there any patient that feel it own heartbeat bcoz of anxiety and it recover after your treatment if yes how many days it take to stop their feeling of own heartbeat plz tell me plss

I have been on ssri medication called daxid 50mg. I did not have any major depression or anxiety episodes since last 2 years. So is it okay to keep continuing this medicine , or should I taper it down if it has any impact in long term? Just want a medical advice on this. Thank you

Hello doc From past 2 months from March  after i went to funeral of my relative , from the day then I was slowly become anxious and no proper sleep due to fear  suddenly I feel everything was unreal even my home and nd surroundings family members always have this obsessions over going crazy or developing some sort of serious illness like psychosis or schizophrenia.. and i was always in a loop of testing reality and worrying whether if everything is like past me or am I losing my personality slowly these thoughts are causing me extreme fear and I feel spacy all the time and disconnected from my sense of self and foggy kind of mind and these weird scary existential thoughts are constantly popping inside my head I am very scared that I may develop serious illness and googling my symptoms in order to get reassurance.. i can't understand whether these are feelings or I'm going crazy really.. everything feels like a dream literally. pls I'm scared to tell this to my parents anyone guide me.

I can hear my heart beat in my ears at the time of sleeping...it id due to anxiety or any other thing..plz anyone tell me ..2 month ago i have been done all test but all are normal ...see my reports and ..in hospital doctor said that ..this is all due to anxiety...this time ...i cure all other symptoms of anxiety like acid reflux, dizziness ,ches pain ...but palpitations is left ...can anyone tell me how much time palpitations take away to goo away .

Hello dr. My baby is 45 days old. He got fever after vaccination today(Painless vaccine). His doctor prescribed calpol drop 0.6ml. But he forget to mention how many times a day I can give this drops to my baby.. ? And why baby is crying and got fever after painless vaccination ?

I am having little anxiety from past 2 year...the level of anxiety was not affecting my routine but when it increased i have consulted to a psychiatrist he prescribed me nexito 10... he said to take half tab at night for first 4 days and then increase the doze to full tab... i have taken half tab for four days my symptoms got better but from yesterday taken full tab and was not able to sleep ...got pressure inneck and vomiting feeling with anxiety i am also worrying about its addiction and how would i stop it plzz help
