Is anxiety and depression curable permanently. I have suffering from anxiety and depression Last 6month ,When I take the medicine I am fine but when I stop the problem comes back . what should I do?

I'm a student preparing for NEET examination since 2020. I studied whole year but when exam was just a week far ,I started feeling breathlessness,I was unable to touch even the books, what I did was just crying..I was not able able to study at all, even after taking medicine prescribed by the doctor, I just only sleep whole day, this happened this year 2022. In 2021 same thing happened but a little earlier that is 10-14 days before the exam, I did the same, quit studying and didn't touch books. I thought this will not repeat again but it did.. Can you please tell me what can I do to cure this? it's so stressful. Also my health too was not good, I had vitamin deficiencies when I got my blood test done after that I took medicines for that too. Don't know about current levels of vitamins.

My son has a mild to moderate autism of Cars score 36.5. Verbal he is he can say 1-10 numbers and ABCD and rhymes too but no clarity. My question is when we as parents trying to teach or tell him the words trying like hell he doesn't even utter a single word then how can a speech therapist can get successful in that ......???

Hello doctor I have generalised anxiety disorder and panic attacks.I consulted a psychiatrist and she prescribed some medicines like penazep12.5 mg and betaprill tablets.I'm using but I'm feeling weird sensations like brain zaps like electric like sensation and feeling like palipitations.and sometimes when I move or sit down I'm feeling these palipitation like feeling.are these common signs of anxiety or related to heart? Pls help me I'm worried.

Hi, i was diagnosed with depresion and I'm taking medicines from the last 4 months earlier I used to take amitriptyline but since few months I'm taking fluoxetine, but i feel like my mood was better when I was taking amitriptyline and now I don't feel much happiness. Would changing medicine work in this case?
