I am suffering from IBS overlapped by IBD from 2013, doctors gave me steroids which ultimately resulted in insomnia and anxiety in me. Now I'm taking allopathic psychiatric medicines, in the beginning I felt good but now again I feel so depressed, anxious and low all the time. I want some Ayurvedic treatment to go along with my current psychiatric medication. Can I get it???? And will it help me?? Because I'm suffering too much

I took melost 3 for 10 days, and while I was taking it I got my sleep in 30 mins! But after leaving it again takes me over 2 hrs to fall asleep! What should I do

I'm taking rexipra 5mg for panic disorder for 4 days only. on the third day after taking the tablet, I have some pain in the back side of middle. I have no kidney problem before. Is rexipra 5 mg causes kidney damage? Should I stop the medicine?

Hi, Please help me. I am having so much mood swings like if my mood is good it will turn so bad in aggression within seconds even on silly things which even not matter. I don't know why I become like that. My emotions changes and i realise later once everything ruined by me. I don't know why I misbehave with my loved ones if they care, talk and angry on me. I am always in angry mood. Always thinking about future. Please let me know what should I do. I am evening working but instead of that I am aggressive. Parul
